• Kitchen with kitchenette (2 electric plates for the two-room, three-room and three-room delux, 4 electric plates for the three-room apartments attic and three-room penthouse delux 901)
• Private services with shower cabin and hydromassage jet
• Beach service (1 umbrella + 2 chairs deckchairs for each apartment) on the private beach 350 meters from the residence including animation on the beach 6 days on 7 in the morning and 2 days even in the evening.
• Possibility of parking space in our private parking (n ° 1 car per apartment) subject to availability
• Use of swimming pools
• Courtesy set and initial toilet paper (will not be restocked during the stay)
• First supply of bed linen (1 kit of sheets and pillowcases / bed) - the change of linen is weekly
• First supply of bathroom linen (1 kit of towels / person) - the change of linen is weekly
• For stays of 10 nights there is a free change of bed linen and towels with cleaning of the apartment (excluding kitchenette)
• Final cleaning (cleaning of the kitchenette is at the expense of the customer, under penalty of being charged € 30.00)

• Additional bed (where possible): Euro 35.00 per week
• Bike rental: Euro 30.00 per week / bicycle (possibility of renting by time)
• Coin-operated laundry service: Euro 5.00 per wash (including detergent)
• Cleaning and daily tidying package (on request): Euro 105.00 per week
• Extra apartment cleaning (on request) excluding kitchenette: Euro 60.00 (with linen change)
• Extra apartment cleaning (on request) excluding kitchenette: Euro 20.00 (without linen change)
• Additional towels (on request): Euro 6.00 per kit
• Additional bed linen (on request): Euro 10,00 for the double bed; Euro 8.00 for the single bed
• Garage parking space (by reservation): Euro 35.00 per week // Euro 5.00 per day
• We accept small pets (max. 12 kg) for a supplement of € 50.00 per stay // Euro 8.00 per day for stays < 7 nights (Read “Services - Regulations” )

The apartments are delivered from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. It is absolutely forbidden to host people who are not registered upon arrival.

Reservations are considered confirmed and effective upon receipt of the deposit which is equivalent to 30% of the total stay.

Final cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the customer, under penalty of €30.00.




The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival (unless otherwise communicated by the Management) by cash, debit/credit card (excluding American express), bank transfer. Checks are not accepted.

The apartments are delivered from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

It is absolutely forbidden to host unregistered people upon arrival.
